Solar Power, is becoming more popular with the growing issue of green house effect on our planet. At Proeye we incorporate this technology with our alarm systems, installed for your conveniance.

At Proeye we provide security alarms which use solar power energy. We considered solar power a great solution because the technology is becoming more efficient, it enahnces security, cost is economically viable, there is a wide range of solar power solutions and products available, and people in our society are more accepting of alternative energy.

We identified two types of Solar Powered systems for burgular alarms.. These are the Solar Backed Systems and Total Independent Solar Powered Burgular Alarms.

Solar Power Backed Burglar Alarms Vs Total Independent Solar Powered Alarms Systems.

Solar Powered Backed Security Alarms rely on mains power long term to function properly. The solar panel is scaled to provide a backup power source should the mains power fail. The solar backed alarm is not intended to operate the alarm system independently. The benefit of a solar powered backed security alarm is that it provides the owner or user peace of mind that the alarm system will continue to operate without mains power for some time. Tthis system is well suited for new homes built to lockup stage which yet have only external temporary power, rental homes because tenants are required to disconnect mains when discountinuing occupancy, and homes or buildings where the mains power isn't available for a few months or so before occupancy..

Total Independent Solar Powered Alarm Systems provides power to the alarm system 24 hours a day. The cost of this system may be a little more expensive. This system is beneficial for holiday homes, buildings which may not be occupied for long periods or where our clients want to use their alarm totally independent from the mains power grid and cut down on energy costs.

At Proeye we also provide the option of selecting our combination night light PIR's with the installation of all our security alarm systems at no extra cost. By taking advantage of our night light PIR's in installed with our solar alarm systems provides you with an alarm system that is efficient, environmentally friendly, and more secure than the traditional mains powered security alarm systems.

For existing alarms we can also upgrade your alarm system to a solar pow red backed alarm system or total independent solar powred system.
